Ann Williams (Bobbie Phillips, SHOWGIRLS) is a missionary doctor working in Alto Risco, a small village deep within the Columbian jungle. As violence in the area escalates and drug runners and guerillas close in upon the village, Ann refuses to leave, knowing that her place is with the innocent civilians who need her help.
