Colby University, North Carolina. Three rich coeds--Hadley (Meredith Monroe), Sydney (Dominique Swain), and Julianne (Rachel True)--befriend scholarship student Alicia (Mia Kirshner), dress her up, and throw her into their world of drugs, sex, and alcohol.
