After a student commits suicide at a predominantly black university, the fraternities and sororities launch a movement encouraging the student body to step back and examine their actions--and how those actions affect their fellow students. The program concludes with a dynamic step show in honor of the deceased student. STEPPIN' BACK is glimpse into Black Greek Life, providing details into both the aims of various organizations as well as their origins.
