Cray Fowler (James Spader), the scion of a powerful and wealthy political family from St. Alban's Parish, Louisiana, has his budding career put in jeopardy when he's videotaped in an erotic sexual situation with a Vietnamese martial arts instructor at the Happy Dragon Studio.
