Heartbroken at the brutal death of his brother Tyrone, Donte (Daniel Outlaw) is bending under the pressures of the streets. He can`t forget that he could have stopped Tyrone from going to his death, and feels responsible even a year later, when revenge becomes an all-consuming obsession. The gang of notorious thugs that`s responsible for the shoot-out that felled Tyrone runs a dog-fighting outfit, and Donte will stop at nothing to take them down. He enters a world as hard-bitten as the dog fights it centers on, and gets caught up in the brutal culture that took his brother`s life.
